AI for Business Conference — Hong Kong

My research on Augmentation-Driven Organizational Redesign (ADOR™) was presented at the AI for Business Conference in Hong Kong. Hosted by HKU Business School and co-organized with the University of Oxford’s Human–Algorithm Interaction Lab, the conference brought together researchers and industry leaders exploring human–AI collaboration, responsible AI deployment and business innovation.
Girls Inc. of Orange County
Mentorship & Career Exploration Partner
August 2025–Present
Designed and delivered a 10-week Resilience and Leadership Development Program for young girls, focused on emotional resilience, self-confidence, decision-making and future career exploration. Through structured learning modules, reflective exercises and real-world discussions, participants developed coping strategies, a growth mindset and greater leadership awareness. The program promoted empowerment, adaptability and purpose-driven ambition while equipping students to navigate academic, social and career-related challenges.
I also engaged 25+ girls, including Career Ready students, in discussions about artificial intelligence, cybersecurity and emerging technology careers. I introduced pathways in AI, cybersecurity, governance and STEM; shared insights about the future of work and essential digital skills; and encouraged critical thinking, responsible technology use and informed career decision-making. Students received practical guidance on education, certifications and opportunities within technology-related professions.
This work supports Girls Inc. of Orange County’s mission of empowering young women through education, leadership development and career exploration.

Autonomous Resilience for Critical Infrastructure
Sep 2025 – Oct 2025
Completed an advanced cybersecurity project with Oxford Saïd Business School, analyzing the 2025 Collins Aerospace ransomware attack and designing Aegis—a Zero Trust, autonomous resilience framework for critical infrastructure. The project introduced continuous behavioral biometrics, Just-in-Time privileged access, digital twin honeynets, and AI-driven autonomous response to contain threats in real time and protect aviation systems from cascading supply-chain failures.
DBA Applied Research Project: Transitioning from Crisis Response to Predictive Governance

January 2025–October 2025
Completed as part of my DBA studies at ESGCI Paris, this applied research project developed an intervention design titled Mastering Global Risk: Institutionalizing Resilience and Protecting Shareholder Value. Using disruption in the Suez Canal as the case context, the project examined how organizations can transition from ad hoc crisis response toward institutionalized Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery governance.
The intervention used a convergent parallel mixed-methods design, combining quantitative ERP and financial indicators with qualitative executive perspectives to evaluate an agile containment strategy. Scenario analysis indicated that route diversification and selective air-freight absorption—with a modeled 12% increase in transportation costs—could protect approximately 80% of at-risk revenue while maintaining 91% customer satisfaction.
The project proposed a three-phase roadmap for moving global supply chains toward predictive, AI-enabled governance through a Global Supply Chain Command Center. It also established strategic resilience measures, including a target Time-to-Activate of two hours or less and defined objectives for reducing single points of failure.
This work demonstrates how applied doctoral inquiry, ethical leadership and strategic innovation can support executive decision-making, strengthen supply-chain resilience and protect long-term shareholder value.

Smart Kitchen Ecosystem Transformation: A Hybrid AI & Governance-Driven Business Model

Designed a doctoral-level strategic transformation project for a global consumer goods company’s Smart Kitchen division (ESGCI DBA), addressing declining revenue through ecosystem-based innovation.
Developed a hybrid business model integrating hardware, subscription services, and appliance-as-a-service offerings to drive recurring revenue, customer retention, and long-term growth.
Evaluated global consumer adoption drivers, identifying lifestyle outcomes (convenience, health, sustainability) and cybersecurity trust as key determinants of willingness-to-pay.
Advised on leadership and governance enablers, including cybersecurity investment (8–10% of R&D), AI/IoT integration, and transformational leadership capabilities required for large-scale digital transformation.

Awarded 3rd Prize in the global Intelligent Logistics Challenge powered by Excelerate (Stanley Black & Decker). Designed and presented an AI/ML-driven supply chain optimization solution across 15+ distribution centers, targeting 20% cost reduction and 30% improvement in delivery efficiency.

Designed and deployed a cloud-based assessment that evaluates organizational readiness for responsible AI adoption. The system generates readiness classifications, executive findings, technology recommendations and implementation roadmaps. Completed five pilot assessments to test the experience and reporting process.

Enterprise Architecture Modernization: Governance-Aligned Technology Consolidation
June 2026
This applied enterprise strategy project examined how fragmented technology licensing, siloed procurement, staggered renewal schedules and unclear ownership can reduce operational visibility, increase administrative complexity and weaken cybersecurity maturity.
I developed a governance-aligned modernization strategy that connected enterprise architecture, software licensing, procurement, renewal planning and security tooling within a coordinated operating model. The proposed approach established clearer decision rights, centralized technology visibility, defined ownership and more consistent planning across business and technology functions.
The strategy was designed to support:
Centralized technology inventory, visibility and reporting
Coordinated procurement and vendor governance
Clearly assigned ownership and accountability
Predictable renewal schedules and budget planning
Reduced licensing and administrative complexity
Stronger alignment between enterprise architecture and cybersecurity maturity

I am a Doctor of Business Administration researcher examining the relationship among ethical leadership, AI governance, and cybersecurity maturity in AI-enabled organizations.
My work is grounded in the understanding that cybersecurity is no longer solely a technical challenge. As artificial intelligence becomes embedded in organizational decision-making, resilience increasingly depends on leadership judgment, governance structures, accountability, responsible technology oversight, and the ability to manage interactions between people and intelligent systems.
Alongside my doctoral study, I develop independent frameworks and applied case studies addressing AI governance, cybersecurity resilience, enterprise architecture, and organizational transformation. These projects form a separate scholar-practitioner portfolio that connects academic ideas with real-world governance and operational challenges.
Doctoral Research
The Impact of Ethical Leadership on Cybersecurity Maturity: The Mediating Role of AI Governance
My doctoral research examines how ethical leadership may influence cybersecurity maturity and the role AI governance may play in translating leadership values into organizational capability within AI-enabled environments.
The research brings together three areas that are often studied separately: leadership, AI governance, and cybersecurity maturity. It considers how accountability, transparency, responsible decision-making, and organizational oversight may contribute to stronger cybersecurity capability.
The study is based on the premise that leadership values become meaningful when they are reflected in governance structures, organizational practices, and accountability systems. AI governance may therefore provide an important connection between ethical leadership and an organization’s ability to manage cybersecurity risk.
The research seeks to contribute to a more integrated understanding of leadership, governance, and cybersecurity while remaining relevant to organizations navigating responsible AI adoption and digital transformation.

ADOR™ is an applied framework for examining how organizations must redesign work, processes, and governance as artificial intelligence becomes embedded in enterprise decision-making.

This independent case study examines the governance and systemic-risk implications of a cyberattack affecting shared aviation technology infrastructure.
The project considers how dependence on interconnected platforms can allow disruption affecting one provider to create operational consequences across multiple organizations.
Using the AEGIS™ Cyber-Resilience Framework, the study explores how organizations can strengthen prevention, containment, recovery, operational continuity, and human oversight.
